Our Projects     . Knowlex’s lineage is from the banking and financial services industry, however we have diversified into all sectors of the economy. Our grounding is in developing our own suite of Regulatory compliance range of products, therefore the majority of our clients are in the Financial Services and Banking industries. However we have found that the same methodologies , products and procedures we pioneered in the Banking and Financial Services industries also have applications in the rest of the economy. This is especially so in the case of our MDM and Lexicon where we have found the same data analysis techniques can be applied to any industry, in particular for example the Oil industry, specially relevant today in the light of looming additional compliance and regulation of the entire petrochemical industry in addition to the existing additional compliance procedures now applied to the financial services and banking industries. We specialise in providing the entire enterprise service from initial business analysis, the conversion of Business rules into the unified Business Knowledge and Metadata rules engine encapsulated within the MDM product component. Currently our consultants are called in by our technology partners to deliver specialist skills and deployment of our niche product set MDM, Business Rules Engine and Lexicon Data Profiling. Our consultants deliver and leverage their skills at every stage of the BI enhancement and delivery process. Following the application of the Knowlx product set and our proscribed Business Process Rules Engine, after the entire business process has been defined and mapped it is not unusual for our consultants to complete the next stage of the BI and EPM technology platform enablement process. We are then able to design the entire ETL stream, provide the skills necessary to create the software components of the source to target mappings using either our open source partner platform or one of our technology vendors ETL product. In many cases our consultants have designed the Data Warehouse, using Kimball Dimensional Denormalization and optimization techniques delivering a Cube enabled platform ready configured with custom designed levels and hierarchies using the advanced mathematics of Adjacency List theory.
