Project Management   Knowlx promotes the use of Prince 2 as a method of managing projects. Whilst Prince 2 provides the necessary framework for successfully managing a project, Knowlx considers various project lifecycle models to deliver results. Essentially, Knowlx proposes three project lifecycle models: Waterfall Agile Hybrid Where requirements can be fully defined in advance, and the solution implementation is straightforward, the waterfall approach has many benefits. However, where requirements are not well defined, but the project is relatively small in nature, the Agile method can considerably accelerate delivery. In large projects where requirements are not well understood and the solution design is relatively untested, a combination of both approaches has been found to work well. In such cases, a significant amount of prototyping with experience users is required if business benefit is to be realized.
